Transcriptomics analysis of sciatic nerves with conditional deletion of Nedd4 in the Schwann cell (SC) lineage during development.

RNA sequencing was performed to evaluate the transcriptome of sciatic nerves extracted from mice with conditional deletion of Nedd4 in the SC-lineage during development. The dataset was generated with sciatic nerves extracted from mice at 5 days of age (P5). The genotypes analyzed include 4 independent control animals ( Nedd4tm3.1Bros flox/flox) and 4 independent conditional Nedd4 knockout animals in the SC-lineage (Tg(Mpz-cre)26Mes +/- : Nedd4tm3.1Bros flox/flox), abbreviated as mpzNedd4cKO.
