C57BL/6 mouse embryo stem cells(mESC)-based transcription change in expression profile microarray with folate deficiency

Different genes were chosen according to folate deficiency in the microarray. In the study here,C57BL/6C mESC with six consecutive generations under folate-deficiency was used to obtain whole genome-based expression microarray. 6 cell samples in all were included in the experiment, 3 cases such as:C57-W1,C57-W2,C57-W3 (including 3 replicates) with consecutive 6 generations folate-deficiency medium; 3 control such as C57-Y1,C57-Y2,C57-Y3 (also including 3 replicates.)
