项目集成了麻竹笋材叶精深加工、废弃物循环利用、良种选育及标准化栽培多项关键技术,历经十余年对麻竹产业化发展进行深入、系统的基础性研究和较为广泛的应用性研究,创建了麻竹笋材叶综合利用及废弃物循环利用技术创新体系2套,先后被国家命名为“中国麻竹笋之乡”及“国家麻竹生物产业基地”,强力推动了重庆及周边地区麻竹产业可持续健康发展。 成功选育的大叶麻竹良种为重庆林业重点工程首推品种 发布了麻竹国家行业标准,建成了国家级笋叶两用麻竹产业化培育标准化示范区 首次对麻竹进行了短期干旱胁迫及恢复过程中叶片解剖结构的连续变化研究。发表科研论文14篇,出版专著1部。 突破了麻竹笋无硫保鲜加工新技术和无发酵麻竹笋干加工技术。建成了年产1万吨优质竹笋制品生产线,创建了“包黑子”清水笋子、“包黑子火锅笋”等4个品牌,发布“风味竹笋”地方标准1项。申请发明专利10项、授权外观设计专利17项。 攻克了全竹材高强度胶合板制造关键技术。建成了年产3万m3竹胶合板生产线1条,创建了“锦竹”品牌,发布了竹胶合板风门企业标准1项,授权发明专利1项、实用新型专利7项。 国内率先研发了麻竹叶自动化连续烘干技术及还原关键技术,建成了年产0.2万吨麻竹干粽叶烘干生产线1条,创建了“原始芗”品牌。 创建了麻竹废弃物循环利用技术体系,建立年产2万吨食用菌基质、1.3万吨植物蛋白饲料生产线各1条,制定了双孢蘑菇林下栽培技术规程国家行业标准,授权发明专利1项,填补了国内外丛生竹林下大面积套种竹荪的研究空白 创建了麻竹废弃物循环利用技术体系1套。创建了“喜牛”牌植物蛋白饲料品牌,研制氨化饲料新产品并建立了年产5万吨的生产线1条,发布了麻竹加工剩余物氨化饲料企业标准1项。建立了“麻竹笋加工废弃物蛋白饲料-猪(牛)-沼-竹-菌”循环利用模式。
This project integrates multiple key technologies including deep processing of Ma bamboo shoots, culms and leaves, waste recycling, improved variety breeding and standardized cultivation. Over more than ten years, in-depth and systematic basic research and extensive applied research have been conducted on the industrialized development of Ma bamboo. Two sets of technological innovation systems for comprehensive utilization of Ma bamboo shoots, culms and leaves as well as waste recycling have been established. The project has successively been honored as the "Hometown of Ma Bamboo Shoots in China" and the "National Ma Bamboo Biological Industry Base" by relevant national authorities, strongly promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the Ma bamboo industry in Chongqing and its surrounding areas.
The successfully bred improved large-leaf Ma bamboo variety is the top-recommended variety for key forestry projects in Chongqing. National industry standards for Ma bamboo have been promulgated, and a national standardized demonstration zone for industrialized cultivation of dual-purpose Ma bamboo (for shoots and leaves) has been established. This project is the first to carry out research on the continuous changes of leaf anatomical structure of Ma bamboo during short-term drought stress and recovery process. A total of 14 research papers have been published and 1 monograph has been published.
Key breakthroughs have been made in new technologies for sulfur-free fresh-keeping processing of Ma bamboo shoots and non-fermented dried Ma bamboo shoot production. A production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons of high-quality bamboo shoot products has been built, four brands including "Baoheizi" clear water bamboo shoots and "Baoheizi hot pot bamboo shoots" have been established, and 1 local standard for "Flavored Bamboo Shoots" has been released. 10 invention patents have been applied for and 17 design patents have been authorized.
Key technologies for manufacturing high-strength plywood from whole Ma bamboo culms have been tackled. A production line with an annual output of 30,000 cubic meters of bamboo plywood has been built, the "Jinzhu" brand has been established, 1 enterprise standard for bamboo plywood for air dampers has been released, and 1 invention patent and 7 utility model patents have been authorized.
It took the lead in developing automated continuous drying technology and key color restoration technologies for Ma bamboo leaves in China. A drying production line with an annual output of 2,000 tons of dried Ma bamboo zongzi leaves has been built, and the "Yuanshi Xiang" brand has been established.
One set of Ma bamboo waste recycling technology system has been established. One production line each with an annual output of 20,000 tons of edible fungus substrate and 13,000 tons of plant protein feed has been built. National industry standards for the technical regulations for understory cultivation of Agaricus bisporus have been formulated, 1 invention patent has been authorized, and the research gap of large-scale interplanting of Dictyophora indusiata in clumped bamboo forests at home and abroad has been filled. The "Xiniu" brand of plant protein feed has been established. New ammoniated feed products have been developed and a production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons has been built. 1 enterprise standard for ammoniated feed from Ma bamboo processing residues has been released. A circular utilization model of "Ma bamboo shoot processing waste → protein feed → pig (cattle) → biogas → bamboo → fungi" has been established.
