Steps from wolverine GPS data in northern Alberta. Steps are lines connecting sequential GPS relocations. “Start” refers to the start point of the step and “End” refers to the end point of the step. For example, “traffic_end” is the traffic volume on the road closest to the end point of the step. The distances to roads are indicated by “road_start” and “road_end”. “Twilight” is the time until civil twilight. “Used” refers to real steps (coded 1) versus available steps (coded 0).
