Replication Archive: Technocratic versus Populist Political Orientations in Contemporary Germany This repository contains replication materials for the paper Technocratic versus Populist Political Orientations in Contemporary Germany. The study analyzes ideological clustering and party alignment of technocratic and populist orientations using data from the European Social Survey (ESS) and World Values Survey (WVS). Contents Stata and R scripts for all stages of the analysis (data preparation, PCA and reliability testing, descriptive statistics, cluster analysis, and multinomial logistic regression). Appendix C (Word format) with representative code snippets and outputs, as included in the paper. README file with step-by-step instructions, software requirements, and data access notes. Data Access Due to licensing restrictions, the ESS and WVS datasets are not redistributed in this archive.
