Lake Champlain Mysis Stable Isotopes

Data were collected three times during November 2013 at night using a combination of benthic sleds and tucker trawls. For each specimen taken, date, location (Split Rock [SR], Main Site [MS], Cumberland Head [CH]), sample habitat (benthic or pelagic), body length (mm) from tip of the rostrum to base of the telson, dry weight (mg), relative stable nitrogen (N), relative stable carbon (C), total weight nitrogen (wtN) and carbon (wtC), and C:N ratio (C:N). Additional samples were run for sulfur and recorded in a similar fashion. The purpose of the data was to identify differences in stable isotope composition between a partially migration population of Mysis diluviana.
