Analysis Code for Periodic Intrinsic Optical Imaging of Visual Maps in the Mouse SC and V1

This repository contains the MATLAB analysis code used in the protocol “Protocol for recording visual maps in the mouse superior colliculus and visual cortex with intrinsic optical imaging” (STAR Protocols). The code implements Fourier-based analysis of periodic intrinsic optical imaging (IOI) data to compute retinotopic maps, orientation preference maps, and ocular dominance maps from forward and reverse visual stimulation paradigms. It also includes a representative superior colliculus dataset for retinotopy analysis.
