Temperature and salinity profiles were collected from CTD casts in the NW Atlantic Ocean (limit-40 W) from the Oceanus from 11 February 1997 to 22 May 1997. Data were collected during 5 cruises as part of the GLOBal oceans ECosystems dynamic research (GLOBEC) Georges Bank program.
