资源简介:
Transcriptomic analysis of activated mast cells by Vaccinia virus. Using VACV with MOI=5 to attack mouse BMMCs, transcriptome sequencing was conducted to extensively analyze the transcriptional changes induced by VACV in mouse BMMCs at 2 h.p.i., 12 h.p.i., and 24 h.p.i. The results are as follows: 1. The number of differentially expressed genes in each group increased with time after infection compared to the Mock group; 2. In GO annotation analysis, we found that differentially expressed genes upregulated at 12 h.p.i. and 24 h.p.i. were enriched in autophagy entries, and transmission electron microscopy also observed autophagosome formation in the cytoplasm of 12 h.p.i. mouse BMMCs; 3. In KEGG pathway analysis, we found that cytokine cytokine interactions and chemokine signaling pathways were significantly enriched in the 12 h.p.i. and 24 h.p.i. groups, while the NF-kappa-B signaling pathway was significantly enriched in the 24 h.p.i. group; 4. In protein network interaction analysis, we found that the Hub genes produced by 12 h.p.i. and 24 h.p.i. contain multiple chemokine related genes.
