miRNAs belong to the group of small non coding RNAs with the potenital to orchestrate complex gene expression networks. miR-193b was identified to be highly expressed in LT-HSCs of the murine bone marrow. We used loss of function analysis to identify truly miR-193b regulated genes. This helped to understand the role of miR-193b on geneexpression regulation in LSK cells.
