This Digital Chain Group Dataset for Dairy Industry Sewage Discharge Permits consists of simulated filling documents developed in strict compliance with the technical specifications for sewage discharge permits in the dairy industry. It contains two datasets: one for correctly simulated permit filling and the other for incorrectly simulated permit filling in the dairy sector. The dataset covers various filling items including basic information, names of production facilities in production units and production lines, process names, names of pollution-generating links, permitted emission limits, and other relevant contents. After data cleaning and annotation, this dataset is used for training intelligent algorithm models, which can rapidly identify incorrect sections in users' permit filling submissions. For the correct version of the filling, the model is deemed to have met the recognition goal when it outputs 0 error flags. The work efficiency is increased by 1000% to 1500% compared with manual processing. It can also serve as a standard filling template as a supplementary document to national regulatory specifications. This dataset is applied to the *Intelligent Information Management System for Sewage Discharge Permits* and the *Comprehensive Enterprise Environmental Digital Management System*, greatly improving the efficiency and quality of sewage discharge permit issuance work by ecological environment authorities, as well as enhancing the compliance quality of enterprises' sewage discharge permit execution and the efficiency of their permit filling operations.
