Makris et al. - scRNAseq data - Podoplanin deletion in lymph node fibroblastic stroma

These data provide single cell transcriptomic sequences for fibroblastic stromal cells (CD45-CD31-) and immune cells (CD45+CD31+) isolated from murine skin-draining lymph nodes. We have compared Wild type C57BL/6J mice with a genetically modified PdgframGFP-CreERT2 x Pdpnflox/flox to induce deletion of the gene encoding Podoplanin conditionally from fibroblasts.
