Fly v. Fly Dataset

Our Fly-vs-Fly dataset contains 22 hours of video showing pairs of fruit flies engaging in 10 social interactions in three different contexts; it is fully annotated by experts,and published with articulated pose trajectory features. The dataset is organized into three sub-datasets: Boy meets boy, which is designed to study the sequence of actions between two male flies; Agression, which is used to quantify the effect of genetic manipulation on agressive behavior between two male flies; and Courtship, which is used to study how genetic manipulation affects male courtship behavior.
