This research aims to investigate the effects of IL-11 on intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). An autologous blood ICH rat model was established. Using this model, the impact of ICH on neurological functions, brain edema, as well as the level and cellular expression of IL-11 was measured. Then IL-11 was injected into ICH rats. The neurological function, hematoma volume, brain edema, level of inflammation, apoptosis and neurogenesis were measured. Next, an in vitro ICH model was established by exposing differentiated SH-SY5Y cells to hemin. Upon IL-11 administration, cell viability, apoptosis, and IL-11 signaling pathway STAT3/Bcl-2 expression were evaluated.
本研究旨在探讨白细胞介素-11(IL-11)对颅内出血(ICH)的影响。通过构建自体血液的颅内出血大鼠模型,本研究测量了ICH对神经功能、脑水肿以及IL-11水平和细胞表达的影响。随后,将IL-11注入颅内出血大鼠体内,并测量了神经功能、血肿体积、脑水肿、炎症水平、细胞凋亡和神经发生。接着,通过将分化后的SH-SY5Y细胞暴露于含铁血红素中建立了体外颅内出血模型。在给予IL-11处理后,评估了细胞活力、细胞凋亡以及IL-11信号通路中的STAT3/Bcl-2表达。
