Dataset for Single-molecule visualisation of human Hsp70-driven conformational remodelling during stress.

All bulk refolding and smFRET data used to generate figures in the manuscript titled 'Keeping cool under pressure: Single-molecule visualisation of human Hsp70-driven conformational remodelling during stress'. The dataset contains either normalised bulk refolding values for luciferase refolding assays, or pre-processed individual molecule files which include fluorescence intensity, FRET and idealized FRET post Hidden Markov Model (HMM) fitting for all figures. These smFRET data were obtained by running raw microscopy images through MASH-FRET (https://rna-fretools.github.io/MASH-FRET/) to extract trajectories, prior to HMM fitting using vbFRET (https://sourceforge.net/projects/vbfret/). Please note that the current dataset layout corresponds to the figure layout at time of submission, which may change during the review process.
