Nascent transcription and enhancer activity was studied using GRO-seq in the acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line RS4;11 upon inhibition of the WEE1 kinase. GRO-seq profiles were generated from RS4;11 cell line after 4, 10 and 24 h WEE1 inhibition by AZD1775. DMSO treated cells were used as controls.
