Relative Synonymous Codon Usage (RSCU) for all cds in the Saccharomycotina

Relative synonymous codon usage was calculated for all genomes in the Y1000+ database. The RSCU for orders with a CTG codon reassignment were computed taking the reassignment into account. The script used to generate the RSCU values can be found here: https://github.com/The-Lab-LaBella/RSCU_Calculation_Analysis <br>The file contains the name of the assemblies, as listed in the supplemental data 1 of Opulente et al 2024. The columns contain the clade/order and codons analyzed.
