Isolation and Characterization of Enterococcus faecalis from Chicken Cloacal Swabs

This dataset contains whole genome sequencing data of Enterococcus faecalis isolates obtained from chicken cloacal swab samples. Samples were collected from healthy chickens to investigate the presence, genetic diversity, and antimicrobial resistance profiles of E. faecalis in poultry. The study aims to provide insights into the genomic characteristics of E. faecalis strains circulating in poultry environments, which may have implications for animal health and food safety.
