uniLIVER is a reference atlas built from 331 125 single-cell/single-nucleus RNA-seq profiles drawn from six normal-liver datasets, providing harmonised cell-type annotations and the LiverCT module for mapping new datasets and pinpointing “variant” cellular states linked to disease.
