资源简介:
Most leptospira diagnosis utilizes serology-based methods, such as (Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay) ELISA and (Rapid Test Diagnostic) RDT. Each methods were assessed based on sensitivity, specificity, Positive Predictive Value (PPV), Negative Predictive Value (NPV), and accuracy. The ELISA combined analysis of the sensitivity value has quite high results with a high heterogeneity value, namely 90% (95% CI: 85 - 94, I2: 97.45%). While the specificity value has a fairly high yield with a high heterogeneity value, namely 90% (95% CI: 82 - 95, I2: 98.79%). The results of the RDT combined analysis of the sensitivity value have quite satisfactory value with quite high heterogeneity, namely 85% (95% CI: 77 - 91, I2: 97.36%). While the specificity value has a fairly high yield with a high heterogeneity value, namely 93% (95% CI: 89 - 96, I2: 98.86%)
