This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: \"Long-term surveillance of rotavirus and other enteric viruses associated with severe diarrhoea in paediatric admissions to Kilifi County Hospital.\" The datasets are part of ongoing long term surveillance of rotavirus and other enteric viruses associated severe diarrhea in pediatric admissions to kilifi county hospital. Dataset1 has eligible children included in the Rotarix vaccine effectiveness analysis. Dataset2 contains the temporal distribution of rotavirus positivity among enrolled children with yearly vaccine coverage. Dataset3 has annual positivity by ELISA. Dataset4 is on the incidence of rotavirus by age group. Dataset5 is on the circulating strains of rotavirus. Dataset6 is on rotavirus vaccine coverage. Dataset7 is on the reduction of positivity pre and post vaccine introduction by age group.
