资源简介:
The hypothesis is that susceptibility and response to infection, such as bacteria, viral and invasive fungal diseases are determined by either immune dysregulation or latent host immune traits mediated genetically. Combining adjunctive therapy with conventional antimicrobial against identified immune targets may further optimize outcomes.Specifically, we aim to identify novel or latent immune modulating genetic traits conferring susceptibility to atypical infections in patients with severe/recurrent infections by non-tuberculous mycobacteria, Salmonella, Burkholderia, or invasive fungi. Immunotherapeutic options targeting the identified immune defects will be explored, alongside conventional antimicrobials for treatment of the Asian population
