Total RNA Sequencing from Ontario Wastewater - University of Waterloo

Total RNA was sequenced using a shotgun approach. Wastewater samples were obtained through participation in the Ontario Wastewater Surveillance Initiative, but the total RNA sequencing was performed for research rather than for public health reporting. These samples have been analyzed for presence of human pathogenic and plant pathogenic viruses. Human reads were removed from the files prior to upload.
