B-cell Lymphoma (aggressive): cfDNA and primary tumour analysis by NGS

Using error-corrected, capture-based NGS of cf/ctDNA, we profiled 20 patients receiving treatment for aggressive B-cell lymphoma to determine the utility of molecular profiling and dynamic response assessment through to measurable-residual disease (MRD) states. Somatic mutations were detected at baseline in 19/20 patients, including 14 with phased variants that could be leveraged for enhanced assay sensitivity.
