Solar and Telluric spectra for wavelength calibration

This dataset contains a high-resolution Solar and telluric transmittance obtained using Fourier Transform Spectroscopy (FTS). The solar atlas provides detailed measurements from 300nm - 16,661nm, capturing the spectral features of the Sun with exceptional precision. The telluric atlas provides detailed spectral measurements of Earth’s atmosphere from 300nm - 5000nm, capturing the absorption features caused by atmospheric molecules such as water vapor, oxygen, and carbon dioxide. The solar spectrum is derived from the work of G.C. Toon, and the telluric lines come from the synthetic spectra of T. Schad, both cited in the below.
