This study aims to characterise the microbiomes (nasal, oral and faecal) of Angus cattle in Armidale, Australia. Samples were collected at different life stages (e.g. marking, weaning, before going to feedlot, during feedlot and at slaughter) to better characterise the diversity of the cattle microbiomes.
