RNA sequencing/Gene expression studies of N-glycosylation inhibitors in diffuse lymphoma

We determined that N-linked glycosylation p[lays a role in oncogenic signaling in diffuse lymphoma. We sought to obtain gene expression data and gene signatures in diffuse lymphoma cells by examining changes in gene expression by RNA seq following treatment with the N-linked glycosylation inhibitor NGI-1 and as a comparator the BTK inhibitor acalabrutinib and the PI3K inhibitor copanlisib Overall design: RNA sequencing to determine gene expression in HBL1 and TMD8 diffuse cells treated in duplicates with vehicle (DMSO), 5 µM NGI-1, 50 nM acalabrutinib or 20 nM copanlisib for 3, 6 and 24 hours.
