TACTICS AND STRATEGY OF THE CUSTOMS SERVICE IN THE FIGHT AGAINST ECONOMIC VIOLATIONS IN THE IMPORT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS

This article examines the effective organization of customs control over agricultural imports in the context of global economic changes and food security. It analyzes economic violations during the import process (understatement of customs value, incorrect indication of commodity codes, etc.) and their impact on domestic market stability. The study proposes innovative methods, such as an intelligent risk management system (IRMS), artificial intelligence (AI), and post-clearance audit, to improve the operational, tactical, and long-term strategic effectiveness of customs authorities.
