Derived dataset for "Reservoir regulation reshapes hydrological extremes and drought propagation in the Yangtze River Basin: insights from a climate-driven terrestrial water storage reconstruction using GRACE/GRACE-FO"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset archives the derived data required to reproduce every figure and table in the manuscript "Reservoir regulation reshapes hydrological extremes and drought propagation in the Yangtze River Basin: insights from a climate-driven terrestrial water storage reconstruction using GRACE/GRACE-FO" (Liu et al., manuscript in preparation, 2026, to be submitted to Hydrology and Earth System Sciences). Raw input datasets (GRACE/GRACE-FO, GLDAS, WGHM, CN05.1, CHM_PRE, CLDAS, Three Gorges Reservoir records) are not redistributed and remain available from their original providers. Contents: monthly basin-averaged TWSA, CTWSA reconstruction, GRACE-DSI/CTWSA-DSI and meteorological indices time series for the Upper, Middle, and Lower Yangtze sub-basins; Three Gorges Reservoir water level series; 0.5 deg GeoTIFF rasters of reconstruction performance (NSE/CC/RMSE), TWSA trend difference, and drought propagation time; monthly drought/wet area fractions per sub-basin; month-by-year DSI hotspot matrices; per-event drought records; basin-averaged precipitation and temperature from CN05.1; annual water use and reservoir capacity records. Temporal coverage: April 2002 - December 2024 (monthly, gridded products). Spatial coverage: Yangtze River Basin, 0.5 x 0.5 deg grid (WGS 84, EPSG:4326).
