Gold, Lanthanum, Gallium, Cobalt and Tantalum quantification performed with relative standardization-NAA in candidate electronic waste (LED) reference material within the METROCYCLEEU project

Datasets containing uncertainty budgets of measurements performed with Neutron Activation Analysis (NAA) on electronic waste materials (specifically light-emitting diodes, LED).

Results reported in the datasets are part of the characterization of CRM candidate material LED.

Data are elaborated and resulting dataset files are obtained with INAA-INRIM 3.1 software, pre-release development version.
