The MozzaVID dataset is a collection of synchrotron X-ray tomography scans of mozzarella cheese microstructure, intended for volumetric model benchmarking and food structure analysis. The dataset is split into three versions: Small split, Base split, and Large split, containing 591, 4,728, and 37,824 volumes respectively. The dataset is formatted in WebDataset for optimized streaming. It includes two classification targets: 25 cheese types and 149 cheese samples.
