Data and code for "Searching Finds Meaning, but Not Always Well-Being: The Role of Beliefs About Meaning"
收藏资源简介:
De-identified data, codebook, Mplus input and output files, and R scripts that reproduce the results of the article "Searching Finds Meaning, but Not Always Well-Being: The Role of Beliefs About Meaning" (Journal of Personality) and its Supplementary Materials. Participants were 276 first-year students at a Chinese university who completed a baseline survey and up to 12 weekly surveys (2,636 weekly observations). The analyses comprise a latent profile analysis of the Beliefs about Meaning in Life Scale, BCH comparisons of the profiles, and two-level dynamic structural equation models of the week-to-week dynamics of presence of meaning, search for meaning, and subjective well-being. See README.md for the contents and for which file produces each result.
