Dataset and Instruments of Free School Feeding Policy, Welfare Outcomes, and Political Trust in Indonesia

This dataset package consists of an Excel dataset file, a survey questionnaire and research instrument file, and an accompanying R Script file used for data processing and statistical analysis. The Excel dataset file contains six main sheets: measurementThis sheet contains the measurement framework used in the study, including dimensions, sub-dimensions, indicators, and questionnaire items. It serves as the conceptual and operational foundation for the research variables. all raw dataThis sheet contains the complete raw responses collected from all respondents. Each row represents an individual respondent, while each column corresponds to demographic information, questionnaire items, and open-ended responses. codingThis sheet provides the coding scheme applied in the dataset, including numerical coding for demographic variables, Likert-scale responses, and categorized qualitative responses. It is intended to support consistency in data interpretation and analysis. scoring profileThis sheet describes the scoring structure and calculation procedures used for each research dimension. It includes item grouping, mean score calculations, and variable construction procedures. scoring responseThis sheet contains the processed scoring results for each respondent based on the predefined scoring procedures. It includes composite scores and mean values for all major dimensions analyzed in the study. full analysisThis sheet presents the complete analytical output of the study, including descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and other statistical results used to interpret the findings. In addition to the Excel dataset file, this dataset package also includes a Survey Questionnaire and Research Instrument file. This file contains the complete survey instrument used during data collection, including respondent identity questions, Likert-scale measurement items, and open-ended questions related to the implementation, perceived benefits, welfare impact, symbolic meaning, and public trust dimensions of the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG). Furthermore, the dataset package includes an R Script file. The R Script was used to conduct data cleaning, coding, score computation, descriptive analysis, reliability testing, and statistical analysis within the R environment. This file supports research transparency, reproducibility, and verification of the analytical procedures used in the study.
