Metabarcoding of the 16S rRNA gene V5-V6 region for coral-associated bacteria communities. Physiology parameters as well as Symbiodiniaceae and bacterial community structure for two genotypes each of Pseudodiploria clivosa and Montastrea clivosa were tracked after six months of exposure to ambient or elevated temperatures in combination with control, mid-century, and end of century pCO2 levels.
