根据《1919-1970黄河流域水文特征值统计》白本数字化整理出黄河中游上段（河口镇至龙门）黄河干流水位站点逐年降水量特征值统计表，收集整理1919-1970年黄河流域下游区黄河干流水文站点水文特征值统计资料，人工数字化获得。

This dataset consists of two components: 1. An annual statistical table of precipitation characteristic values for main-stream water level monitoring stations in the upper-middle reaches of the Yellow River (from Hekou Town to Longmen), which was compiled by digitizing the original edition of the monograph *Statistical Compilation of Hydrological Characteristic Values of the Yellow River Basin, 1919–1970*; 2. Statistical datasets of hydrological characteristic values for main-stream hydrological monitoring stations in the lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin during the period 1919–1970, which were collected and manually digitized.
