MALDI-MSI spot and spectra.rar

We conducted MALDI-MSI on fresh frozen brain tissue from 6-month-old AD and WT mice with a resolution of 20 µm. After data preprocessing, peak annotation, and batch effect removal, we identified 188 compounds covering various categories such as lipids, carbohydrates, amino acids, and others. We then performed k-means clustering to characterize the spatial heterogeneity of metabolite abundances, categorizing all spots on the brain sections into four clusters with distinct metabolic profiles.The corresponding spot and spectra data derived from these raw files have also been uploaded.Specifically, six mouse brain sections were analyzed using MALDI-MSI. The WT group (control) brain sections are WT1, AD2 (WT group), and WT3, while the AD group (APP/PS1 mice) brain sections are AD1, WT2 (AD group), and AD3.
