Each top-level folder is named after the corresponding manuscript figure (e.g., Folder "Fig 2" matches Figure 2 in the main text).2. Inside every figure folder, two subfolders separate the two independent biological replicates: - Rep1: raw images selected as representative panels displayed in the manuscript - Rep2: independent replicate raw images for data validation3.
