Dataset, scripts and codes for: Density-dependent transport coefficients in two-dimensional cellular aggregates

This repository contains data files, Gnuplot scripts for visualizing the data, and Fortran codes used to generate the data. The included scripts enable easy reproduction of the plots, and the Fortran source codes facilitate data generation for further analysis.
