Intraplate Basalt Geochemistry Dataset for the Levant, Arabian Peninsula and Ethiopia

The dataset presented comprises 957 intraplate basalts derived from twelve distinct regions extending from the eastern margin of the Mediterranean Sea through the Arabian Peninsula into southern Ethiopia. It was compiled from multiple published studies and includes major elements, trace elements and Nd-, Sr- and Pb- isotopes. This dataset is used in the study: “Wood, D.A., Atypical Continental Intraplate Basalt Compositions of the Arabian Peninsula and Ethiopia: Elemental and Isotopic Characterization and Petrogenetic Implications.
