NGS sequencing data on 22 different species or ssp Raw sequence reads

We assess multiplexed target enrichment via hybridization-based capture follow by next generation sequencing (NGS) in different species. We used species with different genome size and enrichment was done for differents target size. We show that high multiplexing level in a single hybridization step is an interesting strategy.
