Raw data from metabolite profiling (GC-MS), volatile analysis (SPME-GC-MS), untargeted metabolomics (LC-QTof) and lipidomics: glyceride analysis and HILIC lipid analysis (LC-QTof).
Samples included lines from three cassava populations bred for b-carotene content (GM5270, GM5309 and GM3736/3732). The latter was grown over several years (2017/2018 and 2020).
原始数据集包括代谢物谱（GC-MS）、挥发性分析（SPME-GC-MS）、非靶向代谢组学（LC-QTof）以及脂质组学：甘油三酯分析和高效液相色谱-质谱联用（LC-QTof）脂质分析。其中样本来源于三个培育以提高β-胡萝卜素含量的甘薯种群（GM5270、GM5309和GM3736/3732）。后者历经数年种植（2017/2018年及2020年）。
