We developed a novel ACVR1 inhibitor, TP-0184, which selectively caused growth arrest in FLT3-mutated AML cell lines, and we aim to investigate the molecular mechanisms mediating such effects Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for MV4-11, MOLM-13 and MOLM-14 cell lines (all FLT3-mutated AML cell lines) after vs. before treatment of TP-0184 at 200nM for 48h, with triplicated samples for each cell line in each condition.
