固定化酶结构表征数据

针对合成的ZIF-8晶体材料及利用ZIF-8材料对酶进行固定化得到的材料的结构进行了表征，包括其中的孔径分布情况、热重分析及X射线衍射数据，进一步对其内在结构进行分析，确定在为通道中合成的固定化载体与晶态的固定化载体之间的的结构差异，确定缺陷存在形式。

The structures of synthesized ZIF-8 crystalline materials and the materials prepared by immobilizing enzymes using ZIF-8 were systematically characterized, including their pore size distribution, thermogravimetric analysis data, and X-ray diffraction (XRD) data. Further analysis of their internal structures was conducted to identify the structural differences between immobilized supports synthesized in channels and crystalline immobilized supports, as well as to determine the existing forms of defects.
