Dataset of the manuscript "Amphibian's skin secretion: Search for inflammatory activity in human cells involved in joint diseases"

Dataset of the study that reports the direct action of amphibian skin secretions on chondrocytes,synoviocytes and macrophages, focusing on the production of proinflammatory cytokines. Cellcultures were treated with varying concentrations of skin secretions for 24 hours. Cytotoxic effectsand the ability to modulate IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and IL-1β release were evaluated.
