<b>Data:</b>Coercive mating has no impact on spatial learning, cognitive flexibility and fecundity in female porthole livebearers (<i>Poeciliopsis gracilis</i><i>)</i>

We exposed female porthole livebearers (<i>Poeciliopsis gracilis</i>) to either 2.5 months of social isolation or housing with a coercive male. During treatment and experimentation we tracked female fecundity. Prior to behavioral assessment we removed the coercive males and then trained fish through a sequence of habituation and associative learning phases. We then tested female performance in two cognitive assays – spatial learning and reversal learning. At the end of the experiment we measured several metrics of female morphology.<br><br>This data set contains the raw data for the fecundity, training phases (habituation &amp; associative learning), spatial learning and reversal learning tasks. The included .html file contains the metadata for all the data files.
