Transcriptomic Analysis of Drought Stress Responses in Two Strawberry Cultivars

This study uses transcriptomics to identify drought-responsive differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and key pathways in two strawberry cultivars, clarifying their genotype-specific drought tolerance mechanisms. It provides genetic resources for breeding drought-resistant strawberries and supports water-saving cultivation, addressing strawberry's high drought sensitivity that restricts production under climate change.
