This repository contains the ThermoFisher .RAW files, meta .YAML files, and .TSV files containing the deisotoped and deconvoluted fragments of the experimental samples used in the manuscript "SpectrSeqTools: LC-MS/MS-Based De Novo Sequencing of Small Ribonucleic Acids with Post-Transcriptional Modifications". Sample IDs and sequences are enumerated in Figure 3d of the manuscript.
