This project aims to investigate the dynamic effects of two plant hormones, gibberellin GA3 and its inhibitor PAC, on gene expression in the stem segments of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings. The study utilized 612 seedlings cultivated in a common garden, with systematic sampling conducted at three critical time points: 4 hours, 1 day, and 5 days after hormone treatment. Each treatment included three biological replicates. The collected samples were strictly cleaned, flash-frozen, and stored at -80C. Following total RNA extraction, quality assessment, and cDNA library construction from all samples, transcriptome sequencing was performed using the Illumina platform. This research will reveal the transcriptomic changes in Pinus yunnanensis in response to exogenous hormone stimulation, providing a key data foundation for understanding the molecular regulatory mechanisms underlying its growth and development.
