Hematopoietic stem progenitor cells (HSPC) expansion and reticulocyte differentiation for three different sources HSPCs (6 independent experiments were carried out for each HSPC source).

Results show the mean proportions of reticulocytes observed at the peak of enucleation after 14 days of culture, as well as the increase in total cell number after 5 days of expansion and 7 days of differentiation (3 independent experiments).
