To characterize the transcriptional landscape in the brains of adult male C57BL/6J CVST mice modeled for 2 days under meningolymphatic obstruction conditions. Total RNA was extracted from CVST mice (n=3), CVST+ligation group (n=3), and 4-PBA intervention group (n=3). Total RNA was extracted from the cerebral cortex and sequenced using 150 bp paired-end sequencing on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencer. The data revealed gene regulatory mechanisms associated with dysregulation of the meningo-lymphatic system through metabolic pathways.
